This one hails from our 2015 Pooles Hill harvest, aged about nine and a half years in our rickhouse. The interplay of layers resulting from the long multi barrel aging process have yielded a pleasant, viscous spirit, with sweet oak notes that linger on the tongue. On the nose, rich toffee, caramel, and dark fruits like plums and cherries
